Marriage and Family Therapy takes a look at the family as a unit. An in depth family tree, also known as a genogram, is completed during the initial visit. This guides the therapist in making a treatment plan that is personalized for your unique family concerns. Families, couples and adolescents 13 y.o.+ are paired with a doctoral level clinician.
Our queer affirming mental health therapists are ready to help patients explore gender, sexuality and relationship concerns. A nurturing environment is fostered where shame can be relinquished.
Our mental health therapists also address general mental health concerns: anxiety, grief, body image concerns, depression, PTSD and suicide prevention.
