Cancellation Policy
All purchases of holistic wellness services are final. Please note that when booking your services, a 48 hour cancellation notice is required to prevent forfeiture of your scheduled experience. If cancellation is provided in less than 24 hours a $52 late cancellation fee will be billed to the card on file, late cancellation within one hour of service is $103. Forfeited experiences cannot be rescheduled or transferred to someone else.
