Service Description

We meet the 4th Saturday of every month. We will have time to connect with other community members who identify with having invisible disabilities (i.e. lupus, multiple sclerosis, depression, anxiety, migraines, fibromyalgia). We will have ice breakers, conversation starters and space to allow the frequency of sound to heal the bodies that often betray us.
